In time I would be able to co-train with some of the finest trainers in the land. Along with this I learned the difference between leading and facilitating. I was schooled in the fine arts of facilitation and enjoy developing a process wherein my clients can express their needs, their vision, identify barriers, and develop problem-solving strategies and work plans as individuals and communities. One of the highlights of my consulting experiences is being able to blend art & culture into my presentations. It allows my clients to access mental, emotional and awareness states that enhance their sense of clarity, community and decisiveness. Following 20+ years of working, training and consulting in the areas of program development, community building and cultural diversity, I am presently available for work on projects on a contract basis.

My work ranges from: training, facilitation, strategic planning, program development, team-building, keynote addresses and motivational presentations.

I value a thorough needs assessment and understanding of my client’s goals. I have the expertise to custom design facilitation and training projects in line with these needs & goals rather than just utilizing a premade package.

My trainings may be very interactive as in Team Building Processes, or highly engaged in deep discussions in small or large group settings, while digesting relevant research, as in Strategic Planning.

Educator of the Year, Washington State Indian Education Association
April 2017, Annual Conference, Spokane, WA.

Indigenous Social Emotional Development and Schools, Training for educators, administrators in building partnerships with Native communities enabling them to welcome Native SEL/SED teachings, activities & experiences in their schools.

Training and Facilitation for Community, School or Agency Issues, Needs, Planning, Team Building, Staff Development, Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Collaboration, Conflict Resolution.

Community Builder; Project Development, Stakeholder Building, Needs Assessments, Strategic Planning.

Leadership and Facilitation Skills Training for Community Builders.

Trainer of Trainers, experienced in building the capacity of organizations.

Multicultural Issues; Effective Programming and Practices.

Empowerment; Philosophy, Strategies, Programs, Victim to Participant, Lifestyle Changes.

Fostering Healthy and Resilient Children with Family, School and Community.

Anger Resolution.
